Chloe McBride

Chloe McBride is a real estate professional born and raised in The Woodlands, Texas, with deep roots in Montgomery and a lifelong passion for horses and ranch living. Her years of training and caring for horses instilled the dedication, reliability, and perseverance she brings to every client relationship. Chloe earned her business degree from Texas A&M University along with a certificate in Agricultural Entrepreneurship, while competing on the university’s rodeo team.

After graduation, Chloe worked two jobs, one in retail and the other in horse training, while she studied for her Real Estate license. Real estate is also part of Chloe’s family legacy. Her grandfather, Paul Meyer of Paul Meyer Designs, built custom homes throughout The Woodlands and Montgomery. He dedicated his life to building custom homes and taught her the value of curating properties to meet the needs of individuals, that every potential property owner deserves to be heard, understood, and provided with the best possible service. Growing up walking job sites with him gave her an early appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and the details that contribute to a property’s long‑term value.

Chloe joined Brazos Land Company in 2026 and is excited to help her future clients bring their goals to life. She leads with integrity, loyalty, and honesty, and she believes in building strong relationships to understand what is truly best for each client. Whether assisting with a country property or a suburban home, she is committed to guiding clients with knowledge, care, and unwavering dedication.

Chloe has settled back in The Woodlands near her large family, which includes her parents, a younger sister, all four grandparents, and too many aunts, uncles, and cousins to name here.
