Rostell Chapman

Raised in Bryan, Texas, Rostell Chapman brings more than four decades of real estate experience and deep local knowledge to the Brazos Land Company team. A proud Texas A&M graduate, Rostell has spent his career helping clients navigate every side of the market—from first-time homebuyers to large-scale commercial and development opportunities.

Throughout his career, Rostell owned and operated Chapman Properties Group, where he served as Broker and provided expertise in commercial, development, farm and ranch, and residential real estate. In addition to his brokerage background, he also worked as a General Contractor, building multiple single-family homes in the Bryan/College Station area. His experience in development includes involvement in several well-known subdivisions such as Cat Hollow, Copperfield, and North Forest among others.

Rostell proudly serves Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Madison, Robertson County and surrounding areas, offering clients trusted guidance backed by decades of hands-on industry experience and a strong understanding of the region’s growth and land potential.

Outside of real estate, Rostell enjoys life with his wife, Janet, a fellow Texas A&M graduate. Married for 47 years, they’ve built a strong family legacy with two daughters—both Texas A&M graduates—and three grandchildren. Their granddaughters stay busy showing steers, while their grandson keeps them cheering from the stands at hockey games. Rostell is also on the Livestock Committee and a Lifetime Member of the Houston livestock Show and Rodeo, reflecting his long-standing appreciation for Texas traditions and community.
